This delightful series continues to be a nice throwback to the old platform games of the early 80s, with their ladders and various bars, merely presented in vivid, cheerful colors and illustrations. (It's complete, but I need to make an animation for the enemy spinning and leaving the screen).As you can see the main idea of this platform game doesn’t stray far from the previous installments. I thought the navigation system would be easy to add, but there are so many possible situations that I have to predict in order to create a good system, so it will most likely take at least a month.Adding the cat & enemy navigation system.Granny can still not walk over trapped enemies (This bug is easy to fix, I'm just working on more important features right now).

Digging during the stealth mission causes Granny to get a game over.Sometimes, the wrong dirt tile disappears when digging.Sometimes, digging causes the entire map to disappear.Sometimes, Granny doesn't detect that there is dirt in front of her.These bugs will be fixed before the demo release. The shop, my first goal for the DLC, is finished.I am planning to release DLC after the game is finished.

Some of the things that were completed so far are: all cutscenes, granny's movement, digging, most menus, cat & flower collecting systems, tips screen, stealth mission system, bonus level system, keys, locked doors, vines, watering cans, elevators, cages, super shoes, the whistle, lava, watery dirt and rock, ice, barrels, crates, the venus flytrap, fake dirt & rock, the shop & all shop items, the light switch, coins, the spring, the conveyor belt. The next video will be uploaded on August 30th. I'll still post screenshots on the 1st and 15th of every month. I've decided that the most productive and quick way to finish the game would be to make YouTube videos less frequently and focus more on making the actual game, so I'll start uploading a little less frequently. The demo is planned to release in late 2023. The development of Super Granny 7 began on May 23rd, 2022.
